Marketing Manager
Job Description:
We are seeking a Marketing Manager who will play a key role in driving our marketing strategies and
overseeing campaigns. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute marketing
initiatives that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. If you are a strategic

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, implement, and manage integrated marketing strategies to achieve business goals and
increase brand awareness.
• Oversee day-to-day marketing activities including content creation, social media management,
email marketing, and digital advertising.
• Lead market research efforts to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive
landscape.
• Create and manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
• Collaborate with product, sales, and creative teams to create compelling campaigns and
messaging.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics, using data to optimize
strategies.
• Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends, tools, and technologies.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• At least 3 years experience in the UAE Real Estate Industry
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
• Expertise in digital marketing channels, including social media, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and
paid advertising.
• Strong understanding of analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.) and ability
to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Experience managing budgets and leading cross-functional teams.
• Creative problem-solver with the ability to think strategically and innovate.
• Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM tools (e.g.,
Salesforce) is a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Master’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
• Experience in B2B, B2C or Real Estate marketing.
• Graphic design skills or proficiency with design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.) a
plus.
• Knowledge in Videography and Video Editing
