Company Driver cum PRO
Key Responsibilities:
• Driving: Safely transport employees, documents, and goods to various locations
across the UAE.
• Government Liaison (PRO Services): Handle all company-related government
procedures, including visa processing, labor card renewals, vehicle registration,
and other official documentation.
• Document Submission: Ensure timely submission of documents to government
authorities such as the Immigration, Ministry of Labor, and RTA.
• Vehicle Management: Maintain and clean the company vehicle, ensuring it is in
excellent condition. Keep accurate records of mileage, fuel, and maintenance.
• Office Support: Assist with the collection and delivery of important documents
and packages, as well as running errands when required.
• Records Management: Keep accurate and organized records of all PRO
activities and driver-related logs.
Qualifications:
• UAE Driving License (light vehicle) with a clean driving record.
• Experience as a driver, with knowledge of UAE roadways and traffic regulations.
• Prior PRO experience (handling government paperwork such as visas, labor
cards, vehicle registration) is a significant plus.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Knowledge of UAE government systems and procedures is a strong plus.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a professional attitude.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
